Payment

We accept all major credit cards, and we don’t pass the surcharge on to you.* You can use VISA, MasterCard and American Express to make your payment.

Our servers are encrypted using some of the strongest encryption methods available. We use the same encryption standards that your bank uses to power your internet banking. That said, credit card payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your credit card information. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest certification available.

*  Cards issued outside of Australia will attract a surcharge of 1.2%

Delivery costs

Delivery is free at the moment, and will continue to be free for a limited time.

Delivery is at a flat rate of $10.00 Australia wide. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days although if you live in Brisbane, your smart home package may be delivered to you on the same day you place your order. We’ll let you know if this is possible.

The $10 rate applies on orders of any size and weight. You will need to sign for the package to accept delivery.

Before we ship out your products we pre-pair your devices to your smart home hub and create an Evander account for you. That way, all you need to do is insert batteries and mount your devices around your home, using the included adhesive tape. This process takes one day but in very busy periods it may take two.

Tracking your delivery

After placing an order you will receive an email containing your delivery information. This email will have the estimated date of delivery, and a link to view more detailed tracking information about your order.

Can't sign for the package?

No worries! In the event of an unsuccessful delivery you will receive an email informing you of your options.

If the courier has taken your parcel to Australia Post for collection, simply head there with a valid form of ID to collect your package.

Otherwise, you will need to schedule a re-delivery. The email you would have received contains a link that you can click on to choose a new delivery date.
