If you need to make a warranty claim you can quickly head to My Account. Find the order that you would like to return, and click on “Request Warranty” to begin the process. Alternatively, you can chat to us via our website or on Facebook — whichever method is easiest for you.
Returning an item is very easy (and free)
The return process
When you request a return, you’ll need to package the items securely so they’re not damaged on the way back to us. You can use the packaging that your order was sent in.
We will organise a courier to come pick up the package from your house, you don’t need to pay anything. As soon as we’ve made arrangements with our delivery partners we’ll let you know when to expect the pickup to happen. Somebody will need to be home to hand the package to the courier.
We do our best to give you a specific time frame, but this isn’t always possible due to circumstances out of our control.
As we pay for the costs of pickup and return shipment, we need to provide you with a label that has to be printed and taped to the package. When you request a return we’ll email you this label. All you need to do is print it out (any printer will do), and tape it to the front of the package.
